A recipe for low carb cream cheese frosting great for icing,

Ingredients

cream cheese
softened
ΒΌ
cup
butter
softened

Erythritol or Monk fruit
powdered or granular

tsp
vanilla extract

tsp
ground cloves
about a pinch
Instructions
If the sweetener you are using is granular and not powdered, then add it to a coffee grinder and grind until fine.
Add everything to mixing bowl and beat with electric hand mixer. You want it to look whipped and fluffy
That's it really. Now go make some
cupcakes
to put this on.
Notes
Feel free to experiment with the accent flavour (cloves) by trying out a different spice
